You design it. We get it there, beautifully.
Once an order is placed, our courier partner collects the package from you (or from the Zenve inventory hub) and delivers it straight to the customer's door — tracked at every step, and always presented in Zenve branded packaging.
Order Placed
A customer orders your product on Zenve. You and our team are notified instantly with size, variant and address details.
You Pack It
Pack the product in the Zenve branded bag we supply, with the order label attached. Nothing else to arrange.
Courier Pickup
Our courier partner arrives at your studio (or the Zenve inventory hub) and collects the package at the scheduled slot.
Last-Mile Delivery
The courier partner delivers straight to the customer's door — up to 60 minutes* in Mumbai & Bengaluru, ≤ 3 working days across India.

09 — Designer Partnership Agreement

Agreement Terms
Selected partnership: Category 01 — ₹35,000 + GST · 2-Year Partnership · 50+ SKUs
01This partnership agreement is entered into between Zenve Fashion (Zenve India) and the Designer / Brand named below, for the selected partnership category and term.
02The Designer retains full ownership of their designs, artwork, trademarks and brand identity. Zenve receives a non-exclusive licence to list, photograph, market and sell the Designer's products on Zenve platforms during the term.
03The partnership fee for the selected category is payable as per the invoice raised by Zenve and is exclusive of GST. Fees cover onboarding, storefront, catalogue support, merchandising and marketing inclusion as described for the selected category.
04The Designer agrees to maintain the target collection size, product quality, accurate inventory, agreed pricing and timely dispatch or inventory placement as coordinated with the Zenve fulfilment team.
05All products must pass Zenve's quality and quantity verification. Products found unsafe, counterfeit, mislabelled or harmful to people or pets will be delisted.
06Delivery promises (up to 60 minutes in Mumbai & Bangalore for eligible products, ≤ 3 working days target for the rest of India) depend on inventory availability, serviceability and fulfilment capacity.
07Marketing inclusion, fashion-show participation, featured placements and event opportunities are subject to eligibility, campaign availability and the terms of the selected category.
08Both parties agree to keep commercial terms, pricing structures and performance data confidential.
09Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days' written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except where Zenve fails to onboard the Designer's collection.
10Fulfilment: once an order is placed, Zenve's appointed courier partner collects the package from the Designer's premises or the Zenve inventory hub and completes last-mile delivery to the customer. The Designer shall pack and hand over the order within the communicated pickup window.
11Inventory hubs: Zenve operates inventory hubs at Bengaluru (2,000 sq ft), Mumbai and Navi Mumbai (two locations, 4,000 sq ft combined), Chennai (2,500 sq ft) and Kochi (3,500 sq ft). The Designer may optionally place stock at a hub, from which Zenve picks, packs and dispatches orders directly; hub placement is subject to available capacity and agreed stock levels.
12Branded packaging: Zenve supplies Zenve-branded bags and packaging materials for exclusive brand consistency. The Designer shall use only Zenve-approved packaging for marketplace orders and shall not resell, alter or use the branded packaging outside Zenve orders.
13Delivery timelines (up to 60 minutes in Mumbai & Bengaluru on eligible products and a target of 3 working days elsewhere in India) are operational targets dependent on serviceability, inventory and logistics capacity, and are not unconditional guarantees.
14This digital agreement is executed electronically. A downloadable copy of the signed agreement, including the Designer's signature and reference number, is provided at the time of signing and is subject to final legal review and countersignature by Zenve.
15By signing below the Designer confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they are authorised to sign on behalf of their label, and that they accept these partnership terms in full.
